A phase that ends and leaves many stories to tell! I officially completed my mentorship in Object-Oriented Programming at #UFU, and what an experience it was!
π¨βπ« It was three months full of exchange with the Information Systems crew. Being there day-to-day with colleagues, helping to simplify encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphismβ¦ and all those parts that at first seem like another language, was quite a challenge β but also very rewarding.
𧩠Every question answered, every exercise done together, every hallway chat to explain that concept that hadnβt clicked yetβ¦ All of this made me realize how much we learn when we teach.
π‘ It wasnβt just about OOP. It was about patience, communication, listening, and empathy. It was about understanding that everyone has their own pace and that every βnow I get it!β is a victory for everyone.
π€ I want to express my gratitude to everyone who trusted me during this time β colleagues, and especially Prof. Dr. Fernanda Maria Cunha Santos, who guided me through the mentorship and helped me a lot, always leading by example with great lessons! Without this exchange, none of this would have the same meaning.
πππππ π Thanks a lot, everyone! Thank you! π πππππ
